- One (1) Registration Officer III (Salary Grade 18)
- Two (2) Information Systems Analyst II (Salary Grade 16)
- Nine (9) Statistical Specialist II (Salary Grade 16)
- Two (2) Information Systems Analyst I (Salary Grade 12)
- Ten (10) Information Officer I (Salary Grade 11)
The number of vacancies for each position varies by location. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, computer science, sociology, or other related courses.
Work experience ranges from none to two years, depending on the position. Applicants should also have completed relevant training and preferably have at least a CS Professional/Second Level Eligibility.
The positions are offered at different salary grades and locations, and successful applicants will be given a contractual employment status.
To apply, applicants must submit a signed application letter indicating the desired position, place of assignment, and the corresponding salary grade level. They may apply for up to two positions within the same posting period. The application letter must be addressed to the Undersecretary and National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, Dennis S. Mapa, Ph.D.
Other requirements include a duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent ID picture, signed Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form No. 212), authenticated eligibility documents, transcript of records (if applicable), and certificates of relevant training participated in the last five years (if applicable).
Applicants with work experience must also submit a certified true copy of their Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) or its equivalent from the last rating period. They must also submit an Affidavit of Informed Consent, Waiver, and Undertaking of Compliance with Minimum Qualification Standards and Requirements.
PSA strictly adheres to the Next-in-Rank principle, subject to the qualification standards and requirements of the position. Failure to submit the application and/or PSA Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (PSA – HRMPSB) Form 2 (Waiver as Next-in-Rank Form) by any PSA employee considered as next-in-rank is automatically a waiver of his/her privilege.
The PSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the hiring process for whatever reason or exclude/disqualify applicants for failure to comply with any of the requirements and instructions. Any inaccurate information or incomplete attachments and/or information will lead to automatic disqualification.

Prequalified applicants will be interviewed by the National/Central Office/ Regional Office Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (N/CO/RO HRMPSB) at the Philippine Statistics Authority, Eton Centris Complex, EDSA cor. Quezon Ave., Diliman, Quezon City.
The PSA Human Resource Merit Selection Board may conduct online interviews or may change the interview venue, subject to one (1) day prior notice to the concerned applicants via email or a phone call.
