About the CHED Merit Scholarship Program

The CHED Merit Scholarship Program (CMSP) is a government initiative that supports academically outstanding students who face financial challenges, including the underprivileged or homeless, persons with disabilities, and solo parents or their dependents.

This scholarship is available for incoming first-year students who aim to take priority courses at any CHED-recognized institutions, including private colleges, State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs).
