DOE is inviting Filipino citizens who meet the minimum Qualification Standards of the position to apply for job openings by submitting their updated application letter, resume, and latest performance evaluation form to the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD) or through the DOE Online Recruitment website.
The application process is open to both DOE employees and outsiders, with the former applying through the HRIPS and the latter applying online through the DOE Online Recruitment.
The application must comply with the guidelines and include a filled-out online application form, certificates of graduation, transcript of records, eligibility certificate or PRC board exam rating, certificate of seminars or training attended, a recent photo, and the most recent Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) or Performance Evaluation Form for those with work experience or a previous employer.

The pre-employment requirements for successful applicants include several forms, including the Personal Data Sheet, BIR Form 1902 and 1905, Medical Certificate CSC Form, and more.

DOE will not process applications that do not comply with the guidelines, and the deadline for submission is ten calendar days from the publication date, which is August 11, 2023.
