Candidates must also include several other documents, such as a photocopy of their duly signed Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) from their current or last employer, a certificate of eligibility or board rating, a photocopy of their transcript of records and diploma, and certificates of relevant learning and development/training attended, among other requirements.
