Specifically, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is now accepting applications for the position of Intelligence Officer 1.

To qualify, applicants must be between 21 to 35 years old, hold a Baccalaureate degree, be eligible for a Career Service Second Level Position, and be willing to undergo 6 to 7 months of rigorous training.

In addition, male applicants must be 5’2″ in height, while female applicants must be 5′ tall and possess an NCIP-issued Certificate of Confirmation if under the height requirement.

The agency requires applicants to be computer literate, of good moral background, physically fit, proficient in oral and written communication skills, and willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

First-level exams, such as the PNP entrance eligibility, are unacceptable. Documentary requirements include a personal data sheet (CSC Form Number 212), and an application letter addressed to the Director General of PDEA, Moro Virgilio M Lazo, indicating the applicant’s contact details.

Interested applicants can submit their applications at the nearest PDEA Regional Office or the PDEA National Office in Quezon City. They can also use courier services like LBC, 2Go, or JRS to send their applications to the PDEA Academy in Silang, Cavite.
