General qualifications require an applicant to be a citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, possess good moral character, pass a neuro-psychiatric evaluation, medical examination, and drug test, not have been dishonorably discharged from previous employment, and not have a conviction for an offense or crime involving moral turpitude.

The minimum qualifications require a male or female Filipino citizen aged between 21 and 30 years, with a minimum height of 1.57 meters for males and 1.52 meters for females, and a weight that is not more or less than five (5) kilograms from the standard weight corresponding to their height, age, and sex.

Additionally, an applicant must have a Baccalaureate degree from a recognized institute of learning and possess Civil Service Commission (CSC) 2nd level eligibilities.

The folder should contain the following documents: an Application Letter addressed to the Regional Director, Handwritten/ Computerized Personal Data Sheet (PDS), Work Experience Sheet (for applicants who filled-in page 2 PDS work experience portion), and authenticated copies of service records, latest performance evaluations, transcript of records and college diploma, and eligibility certificates.

Applicants must also include photocopies of their certificate of live birth, PSA copy of marriage certificate (if applicable), NBI clearance, police clearance, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and Tax Identification Cards, and any relevant company/agency clearance.
