The RITM has listed its documentary requirements for job applications for both permanent and contractual positions.

Applicants must submit an application letter and a Personal Data Sheet (PDS) that is properly accomplished, including a Work Experience Sheet. They must also provide copies of their diploma and transcript of records and, if required, a Certificate of Employment and/or a Certificate of Training based on the QS. Applicants must also include a copy of a valid NBI Clearance and an IPCR if they have had a previous contract with the RITM.

Those practicing a profession must submit a copy of their PRC Board Rating, PRC Board Certificate, and PRC License (front and back) at least three months before expiration. Additionally, downloadable forms such as the PDS and WES are available on the RITM Cloud.
