To apply for the positions, interested and qualified applicants are required to submit a written expression of interest along with specific documents. These documents include two copies of a completed Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent photos and necessary signatures, an application letter indicating the desired position, a downloadable application form from the PMS website, performance ratings, authenticated certificates of eligibility or professional licenses, photocopies of diplomas and transcripts, and relevant training certificates.

Applicants for supervisory positions (SG24 and above) must provide certification of their supervisory responsibilities. It is crucial to ensure that all required documents are complete and submitted by the deadline of June 15, 2023.

Qualified applicants are advised to hand-deliver or send their applications via courier or email to the Promotion and Selection Board Secretariat at the Strategic Human Resource and Development Service in Manila.
